How much do you charge?
Our rates start at $50/hour or £35/hour for standard consulting. For retainers or larger projects, we provide a custom quote that can reduce the hourly rate. We always discuss pricing upfront so there are no surprises.
Do I need to be a large company to use your services?
Not at all. We work with organisations of every size, from one-person operations to large enterprises. Many of our smaller clients start with a specific need — a network issue, a phone system, a process question — and then move to a monthly retainer as they grow and want ongoing access to our expertise.
Do you only work with small organisations?
No. We have worked with large corporations that needed help in one particular area, as well as providing consulting on large-scale challenges. This has ranged from process and workflow improvements to technical engineering needs. We are flexible and adapt to whatever our clients need.

Do you work remotely or on-site?
Most of our work is done remotely, which keeps costs down and allows us to serve clients across both the UK and US. For projects that require a physical presence, we can arrange on-site visits where practical.
